Gain clarity around purpose, personal values, and personal priorities
Services I provide
I offer one-on-one coaching, or couple relationship coaching and group; family coaching and leadership coaching and mentoring.
My approach to coaching
I will provide the freedom for you to ‘come as you are’ emotionally, as I acknowledge that life and relationships can be complex. Because I care deeply and want to help others, I will offer confidential, objective feedback. As a certified NLP Master Practitioner, let me be your sounding board.
What is coaching?
Coaching helps you to let go of limiting beliefs or self sabotaging decisions because a person has to let go sometimes. It allows you to unlock your potential through the use of leading edge Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy™ strategies and techniques. It infuses positivity into intentions and actions which creates more space for a person to thrive and achieve in all aspects of life. Coaching more often helps you to learn to maximize and improve your own performance through modelling behaviours of success.
Who, exactly, seeks out a coach?
If you ask a coach the answer is usually the same: Winners who want even more out of life.
Get more out of your life.
Why use coaching?
In a growth mindset, challenges are exciting rather than threatening. So rather than thinking, oh, I’m going to reveal my weaknesses, you say, wow, here’s a chance to grow.
Carol Dweck, author of Mindset: The Psychology of Success.

Investment in you and others
My investment structure is simple and easy to follow.
The first coaching session is $150 NZD for 1 ½ hrs. Every hour booked after this is $120 NZD
You will only pay for my time, so one-on-one coaching, relationship coaching, family coaching and leadership coaching and mentoring are the same price.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What more do you need to know?
What happens when I book a session?
Firstly, we’ll decide on the type of delivery mode that suits you (face to face, kanohi ki te kanohi or online e.g via Zoom, Whatsapp, Messenger etc). You’ll then receive a confirmation letter and terms about our obligations to one another. When we first meet, we’ll spend that first half hour getting to know one another, then we’ll find your solutions and work on ways to help you achieve your best outcomes.
What if I only need one coaching session?
You are not locked into a set number of coaching sessions. You have the freedom to choose how many you want, when and where.
What if I want to bring along a support person?
You are welcome to bring along a support person at any stage of your coaching journey.
